International Shipping Terms and Conditions
The international shipping process takes an estimated period of seven (7) to twenty-one (21) business days from the date of order confirmation.
· Shipping time varies depending on the receiving country and customs clearance procedures, but should not exceed the period indicated above, unless exceptional circumstances or force majeure arise.
The seller shall not be liable for any delays resulting from: official holidays, shipping company circumstances, force majeure, customs authorities’ decisions, or any circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically through the website and shown to the buyer upon completion of the payment process.
· Shipping fees do not include any taxes, customs duties, or import fees that may be imposed by the competent authorities in the country of receipt.
The buyer alone shall bear the payment of any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the competent authorities in the country of receipt.
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the buyer upon delivery of the products to the shipping company, and the delivery of the shipment to the shipping company shall be deemed to be a regular delivery to the buyer.
The seller is not obligated to insure shipments unless the buyer requests this in writing and bears its cost.
The Seller may ship the order in batches if storage, availability, or shipping requirements require it.
The buyer will be provided with a tracking number immediately after the order is shipped, enabling him to follow up on the shipment status with the shipping company.
The seller's return and exchange policy applies to international orders. The buyer bears all international shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes incurred for return or exchange, except in cases where the product is proven to be defective or the seller is at fault, in which case the seller bears these costs exclusively.
The buyer is obligated to provide the seller with a correct and complete delivery address, including the postal code and a valid contact phone number. The seller is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery resulting from entering an incorrect or incomplete address.
In the event of a force majeure or emergency (such as natural disasters, epidemics, unrest, government decisions, or port closures), the seller has the right to extend shipping periods in proportion to the nature of the circumstance and without any liability.
The Seller's liability to the Buyer shall in all cases be limited to the value of the product subject to the order only, and the Seller shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, business opportunities, or delay in delivery.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts in [Madinah] alone shall have jurisdiction to hear any dispute arising therefrom.
